Apple iOS 5 is scheduled to be launched on Wednesday, October 12. Among the features introduced are:
• "cloud" synchronization with icloud, Apple service itself;
• Over-the-air update to the iPhone, the iPhone and iPod Touch;
• Notification of a better system (like Android, but from my experience is better because it is less clear - you can go directly to a specific email again);
• Location-based reminders (note: the battery can suck because it takes a GPS);
• Twitter integration;
• Figure synchronization between devices;
• download applications over the air without any buy-back of your device;
• Above all, no more sync iPhone / iPhone / iPod Touch directly to the computer. Computers no longer the "center", icloud.
I mean "do not need more"? That's not entirely true. There is a final sync before cutting the umbilical cord is required: You must check whether an update to iTunes, and iOS 5 is downloaded you need to install iTunes from your computer to the device.
this is another 5 Steps to Get Ready for iOS 5:
1) Update to Lion
2) Trim the App Fat
3) Backup
4) Clean
5) Gather Apple IDs
