Create auto respon from your web mail account

Auto responses are used when you want the person sending an e-mail to a particular account to receive and automatic reply with a pre-fabricated message also you can include your wesite or blog url to promote besides to increase your traffic. To create an auto response for one of your e-mail accounts follow this a few step by step:

1. Access your e-mail Web Interface.

2. Login using the e-mail address and password for the account you want to set the auto response up for.


3. From the Mailbox Summary Screen, click on the 'Administration Account Options' drop down menu (in the top right of the screen under Administration) and select "Edit Auto Response". The Auto Response per Mailbox screen appears.

4. Type your auto response message in the Message box and click "save"
Note: The first line of the message box will become the title.
Note: For addtional variables you can use in the message box.

5.Test sending your email

Note: I have tried this trick on Yahoo.com especially yahoo singapore and gmail also, for yahoo there is a limit time. You can't set auto respon for forever [is it my language correct.. :D ] just for six month not more or you can add again if you already have reach you limit month plus 10 words per-line for content mail auto respone, I guess. For gmail account you will get the opposite or yahoo mail, all feature you can use... next time I will let you know how make auto respone from outlook ekspres and in the mean time..........ENJOy
