Create auto respon from your web mail account

Auto responses are used when you want the person sending an e-mail to a particular account to receive and automatic reply with a pre-fabricated message also you can include your wesite or blog url to promote besides to increase your traffic. To create an auto response for one of your e-mail accounts follow this a few step by step:

1. Access your e-mail Web Interface.

2. Login using the e-mail address and password for the account you want to set the auto response up for.


3. From the Mailbox Summary Screen, click on the 'Administration Account Options' drop down menu (in the top right of the screen under Administration) and select "Edit Auto Response". The Auto Response per Mailbox screen appears.

4. Type your auto response message in the Message box and click "save"
Note: The first line of the message box will become the title.
Note: For addtional variables you can use in the message box.

5.Test sending your email

Note: I have tried this trick on Yahoo.com especially yahoo singapore and gmail also, for yahoo there is a limit time. You can't set auto respon for forever [is it my language correct.. :D ] just for six month not more or you can add again if you already have reach you limit month plus 10 words per-line for content mail auto respone, I guess. For gmail account you will get the opposite or yahoo mail, all feature you can use... next time I will let you know how make auto respone from outlook ekspres and in the mean time..........ENJOy

Move your Feedburner Account to Google

Mostly this is happen to Publisher Adsense who have alot subscriber via Feedburner.com and want to move they account to google account, I have seen alot question about " how to move bla...bla...bla..., I can Move my bla...bla....bla... or maybe I have a problem to move My Feed to Google Feed what should I do and a lot more...

But in this time I wanna share how I move my Feedburner Account to Google Account and It's work for me :D

Follow this step by step:

Sign in with you google Adsense Account on Feedburner.google.com if it's work you can see you dashbord with feeds you already have it. and then you can begin move your feed to google account, but if not works.... Hmmmm this what you should do
open new tab on Firefox or new window if you use internet Explorer lower version and log on to Feedburner.com after log in you will get 3 option that mention which something like this:

option 1. sign in with your google account [adsense available or anable] -----> something like that
option 2. sign in with Feed account [adsense available]
option 3. make a new google account

the next step you do just choose between option 1 or 2 and you will get announcement that you're success move your feed's to google feed and from now you have to log on with this address http://feedburner.google.com if you wanna edit or add your feed.

For Inter, they’ll need to improve significantly if they want to keep their European hopes alive. They have some major concerns of their own heading into this match. They were blasted, 3-0, by Sampdoria in the Coppa Italia in midweek, and lost two of their defenders, Marco Materazzi and Nicholas Burdisso to injuries against Genoa over the weekend. Nelson Rivas, who was terrible in the first leg, was even worse in the loss to Sampdoria, giving away a goal and being pulled at halftime. As such, Jose Mourinho might have to start veteran Ivan Cordoba at center-back and pull Esteban Cambiasso back from his usual position in midfield.

That hasn’t stopped Mourinho from being his usual bragadocious self, however. In addition to touting himself as Sir Alex’s eventual replacement at Old Trafford, he reminded everyone of his success against Manchester United in years past. It's always better to learn how to use proxy as it is one of the safest ways of surfing on the Internet. Once you've learnt how to use a proxy you can maintain anonymity while browsing the Internet, you can hide your identity and you can also bypass the firewall of ISP and have a quick access to sites that have been blocked.

Ben Foster - Ideal Replacement For Van Der Sar

Ben Foster’s fledgling career so far has been dampened by injuries. But he has slowly started getting the praise he deserves. He impressed during his loan spell at Watford and nearly became a contender for the England Team but further injuries prevented that from happening. But now he can set his sights on becoming Manchester United’s number one goal keeper after becoming the Carling Cup final hero. And the good news is that, reports are saying that the club are going to reward him with a new four year contract.

Currently Van Der Sar is the first choice goal keeper but his ageing years means that it is not sure whether he will be number 1 next year or not. Kusczak is also there but i don’t think he has done enough to impress Sir Alex and he doesn’t look as good as Ben Foster. The next season will be very crucial for Foster, if he can stay injury free, we might see him as number 1 for Manchester United as well as England.

Move your Blog to Registered Domain

One thing I always
was hesitant about when I started blogging was having the "blogspot.com"
in my blog address. Doesn't oby_one.net or oby_one.com sound a little better than
oby_one.blogspot.com or oby-one.uni.cc? Plus, if you were in someone else's shoes,
which would you rather click on?

One of my goals since starting to blog has been to move my blogspot to a register domain, then I found that Blogger has a simple way to move to a domain. It costs a total of $10 for a year and it took me 5 minutes. Here is what I did: [but I haven't tried until now…. : ]
1. Logged into my Dashboard.
2. Clicked on Settings
3. Clicked on the Publishing Tab
4. Click on the "Custom Domain" link

5. Typed in a domain name you wanted. e.g: oby_one.com. Then click Check Availability. 

6. If that domain name is available, you can proceed to use Google Checkout and purchase your domain for $10. This will give you a 1 year registration. Google uses GoDaddy.com to register your domain with, but you can still manage your site from your regular Blogspot dashboard.












7. Once you completed the transaction, Google sent you an e-mail telling the following:

" Your domain with GoDaddy will expire on [Month, Date, Year] " They automatically configured your blog to work with Google Apps services.
" Gave you a link for your registered domain, in this case http://www.oby_one.com.
" Gave you a link to setup an administrative account for your domain with Google Apps.
" Once you complete admin account, you will got access to the Google Apps control panel. This is where you can view, edit any settings. It also tells you that your services will be activated shortly.

This message you will get when you publish a post or edit is below. It still allows you to accomplish both tasks, change the layout, etc:

Your blog is in transition Your blog's new address is http://oby_one.com/. Since it takes time for this new address to be available all over the Internet, you can still get to it at http://oby_one.blogspot.com.Your new address should work for everyone after at most 3 days. At that time we will redirect your readers from your old address to the new one.

What do you do now?
There are a few things that you will need to do after getting your blog's address moved over from Blogspot to your own domain. Your list of things may vary, depending on what you all have on your site.
- Let everyone know about your new address, and tell them to update their links.
- If you have trackers installed, update the addresses they're tracking to include the new address for your blog
- You will need to reclaim your new blog on Technorati. If you no longer want your old address to be listed in their listings, you can send them a note requesting that the old one be marked as irrelevant.
- If you're a part of social networking sites like Bumpzee or Mybloglog, change the address of your blog there; on Bumpzee, that means that your blog will be placed back in the moderation queue for any communities you're a part of.
- Update the links within your site to reflect your new domain. While all of those links will still work, it's a good idea to change over the address in case you decide to move your blog in the future.
- This is just a tip, and not necessary - if you haven't already done so, integrate your Blogger feed with FeedBurner, and encourage people to sign up using the FeedBurner link directly.

Although there are many legal problems that can shut down a website, these are some of the more likely culprits:

10. No Website Disclaimer

Liability: The liability depends on the type of disclaimer omitted and the resulting damage. Problems arise when a website reasonably leads someone to believe something that ends up causing them damage. If the website causes them to forego an opportunity or take some action based upon information provided on the website, the website owner can be held liable. Disclaimers typically relate to errors or omissions on the website, third party links and the website not constituting an engagement of any kind. While it is a good idea to include all necessary disclaimers, too many disclaimers can lead to additional problems. In theory, nearly every legal issue could be the subject of disclaimer. Including irrelevant, redundant or non-applicable items in disclaimers can diminish the legal effectiveness of the most important disclaimers. This type of overkill can potentially destroy the liability insulation the disclaimers were designed to provide.

Solution: While some websites may not need any disclaimer, others may need very broad and detailed disclaimers. Determining the appropriate metes and bounds of the desired disclaimer, without going overboard is often difficult. Drafting proper disclaimers requires a thorough review of the information contained on the website, as well as the circumstances surrounding the collection, distribution and presentation of information in association therewith.

9. Privacy Breaches

Liability: Failing to properly inform website visitors of the company’s privacy policy, or using confidential information in a manner not stipulated in the policy, could lead to severe repercussions. Although the monetary damage may indeed be high, the majority of the liability typically stems from the bad publicity surrounding such breaches. While many privacy breaches go undetected and are, therefore, not associated with any direct liability, large-scale or egregious breaches can quickly devolve into a financial and public relations nightmare.

Solution: Companies must post a detailed privacy policy which dictates the disposition and security associated with various types of private information collected from users. As it is very difficult to retroactively broaden a privacy policy once information has been collected, it is critical not to adopt a policy which is too restrictive in scope. Companies must also be sure that privacy policies comport with all legal and regulatory restrictions pertaining to the particular type of business, the type of user providing the information and how the company will use the information.

8. Intellectual Property Infringement

Liability: Liability for intellectual property infringement can range from an injunction to a multi-million dollar judgment. Online infringement of patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or trade dress often leads to a website being judicially removed. For a company that relies on its website for sales and communication, the ramifications can be catastrophic. If the company becomes aware of an accusation of infringement and fails to take immediate remedial steps, the court may award punitive damages and order the company to pay the intellectual property owner’s attorney fees as well.

Solution: It is critical to coordinate with outside legal counsel to develop comprehensive contractual strategies to prevent any intellectual property from slipping through the cracks. Rigorous review of third party contracts is also essential to ensure the availability of an exit strategy and to prevent overreaching contract provisions from crippling the company. The time and cost associated with drafting appropriate contracts and bringing key personnel into the fold initially may seem burdensome. Over time, however, as templates for particular strategies emerge, the time and costs decrease, and the preparation actually increases, rather than decreases, efficiencies. Compared to the time and costs associated with litigating over misdrafted or absent contract points, proper contract preparation translates into a very minimal expenditure.

A single patent or trademark may be the difference between a company’s success or failure in the marketplace. To determine the appropriate strategy a company must develop specific plans and policies geared toward its own intellectual property and strategic initiative. Having a plan in place not only provides for a more streamlined intellectual property acquisition process, but prevents the loss of invaluable corporate assets and provides a significant in terrorem aspect to deter would-be infringers.
